The Yamaha NS-F210BL 2-Way Bass-Reflex Floorstanding Speaker is one of the best speakers that we have tried out considering its price range. You have a powerful two-way bass reflex system for the speaker set.
It was designed to be able to reproduce the dynamic sound of HD sources, so if you have HD cable hooked up to your TV or if you have a Blu-ray disc that you want to watch, you do not have to worry about the integrity of the audio coming out of the speakers. They will be playing as well as you want them to since they fully support the high-quality sources from all of the devices.
If your audio source comes from things such as a digital broadcast of a high def TV show or a blu ray disc that you have purchased, then you are going to be able to watch those and listen to them without any issues or loss of integrity for the sound quality.
This is good news for all of those purists that are worried that if they buy a high def or high-quality product that they are not going to be able to take full advantage of the quality that comes with it. You can throw that out of the window since you are definitely going to get the full high-quality experience with the NS-F210 speaker.
Another thing that we love about this speaker is that it has an aluminum cone woofer. This means that it is incredibly lightweight while still maintaining the stiffness that you need so you have a woofer diaphragm that gives you high-speed cone movement.
The fast response to all of the sounds, also known as fast attack, are important if you want to be able to listen to clean and detailed sounds. This is exceptional especially for those that want to be able to hear a good bass response from their sound sources.
If you have a unit that does not take advantage of magnetic shielding, then you will be able to use the large one that this one normally has. The sound information that is extracted from the source will feel and sound more realistic considering the sound stage.
The overall design of the NS-f210 features an elegant finish so if you are thinking of displaying it and showcasing it, then you will be getting a lot of compliments.
The slim design will match a lot of flat panel TV’s which means that you are also able to set them up anywhere without having to worry that they might look out of place in the area. They are always going to look modern, and you are not going to have any issues with the spacing thanks to the ergonomic design.
We do believe that they should have added a lot more concern to the huge cone box since it is not supported by a lot of pairs. There might be some issues that are going to arise especially for folks that use legacy hardware and drivers. This is not good news for those people since not everyone is going to buy a whole new setup just to be able to make them cross-compatible with a new speaker set.
The Yamaha NS-F210BL 2-Way Bass-Reflex Floorstanding Speaker gets four stars out of five from us. You are not going to have any issues with the sound quality since you will be able to hear all of the audio that you are listening to in full high-quality. All of your HD sources are no longer going to be tainted by a poor listening experience.
